Our Complaint Procedure

If you have any reason for concern or not happy with our services or any member of staff, you should follow the following procedure to get the matter resolved: Complain verbally to the Head Teacher who will be happy to discuss the issues with you. If you are not satisfied with the way your concerns have been addressed, you should refer the matter to the Executive Director who will log your complain and respond to you within 48 hours. Should you remain unhappy with the response from the Executive Director, the matter will be referred to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) whose decision will be final.
